Resonant Electronic Design products and Resonant Amplifiers are covered under a limited-lifetime
warranty. Should a Resonant products fail due to error in design/craftsmanship, or due to
pre-mature component failure*, we will repair it (at our discretion) free of charge.

Please keep original shipping material on-hand to return any warranty item in. Resonant will not be
responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. Please call or email prior to shipping
for troubleshooting and evaluation, if the problem is small and can be fixed locally, we would prefer
that.

Resonant WILL NOT warranty any amplifier that appears to be modified or tampered with, has
been used with any but the prescribed tube complement, or appears to have been used without a
proper load, including some amplifier attenuators. We do not cover cosmetic blemishes, normal
wear-and-tear, or maintenance service (re-tube, re-capping etc).

We recommend that touring musicians house their amplifiers and cabinets in ATA sanctioned flight
cases, both for physical and cosmetic protection.

 

*Tubes and speakers are covered for 90 days.
